Festa del Bosco, Montone.

Montone, just 15 min drive from Casa Chiara, has welcomed from 2003 in the exclusive club of the most beautiful Italian Suburbs.

This means that Montone was between the medieval suburbs of greater charm and suggestion.

To enter the club is not simple, neither automatic. Truffles and other products of the forest and undergrowth are present at the Feast of the Forest, a prestigious outdoor festival through the narrow streets of the village which is held every year in the fall.

On this occasion you have the chance to taste food products in small stands in the historic center, where the exhibition takes place and the sale of natural products of the forest and undergrowth such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, mushrooms, truffles, honey, chestnuts and many others products, in addition to numerous examples crafts Upper Tiber.

During the exhibition-market you can also admire the many entertaining shows that take place in the streets and squares of the town.
